Annual meal - prep posting

Here's the recipe for walnut vinaigrette from The Greens Cook Book

1Tbl sherry vinegar
1-2 tsp balsamic vinegar
ΒΌ tsp salt
1 Tbl walnut oil (substitute pistachio oil)
3-4 Tbl olive oil
Italian parsley, chopped

Combine the vinegars and salt. 
Add the oils.
Season with ground pepper
