Syrah 2002 - Echelon
Update for luigi: "syrah was good. it had smoky plum aromas & medium body peppery palette with a hint of blackberry.

pair with creamy/rich dishes accented with pepper. we paired it with a romesco sauce & Sicilian casserole. i used paprika in the romesco and the Sicilian casserole had cream cheese noodles at the bottom. "
